What's your delivery area?
We deliver throughout Hamilton County and much of the surrounding Tennessee Valley, including Ooltewah, Hixson, Red Bank, and Signal Mountain. Delivery fees vary by distance and load size, ask your quote for an exact figure.
Do you offer contractor pricing?
Yes. Licensed contractors and builders can set up a house account for volume pricing and monthly billing. Bring a copy of your license to the front counter or ask about it when requesting a quote.
What are your payment terms?
Retail customers pay at time of purchase or delivery. Approved contractor accounts are billed net-30. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
Can you cut lumber to length?
Yes, courtesy cuts on dimensional lumber and sheet goods are available at the yard. For large orders, let us know your cut list ahead of time so we can have it ready.
Do you rent equipment?
We rent compactors, concrete mixers, and select lifts by the day or week. Availability is first-come, first-served, so call ahead if you need equipment for a specific date.
